Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account; Cinnabank will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use that results from your failure to keep your password secure.
Transfers & Fees
All money transfers between Cinnabank accounts are processed instantly and are final once confirmed; store purchases are subject to a 12% VAT and a 1% service fee, both of which are displayed clearly at checkout before any amount is deducted from your balance.
Privacy & Data
Cinnabank collects only the information necessary to operate your account — your name, email address, and transaction history — and will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, you are strongly encouraged to not use your real email addresses and name when creating a Cinnabank account.
Limitation of Liability
Cinnabank is provided as-is without any warranties; we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the platform.
